Has anyone here used eOpti AutosTrust for car dealership escrow? I'm considering buying a used sedan and wanted to know how safe and reliable they are. It's my first time using an escrow service, so any heads-up would be appreciated!

I’ve been somewat skeptical of these escrows too but hadda go with eOpti AutosTrust once. Got some delays, couldnt get through on the phone (303) 900-3082 but eventually everything was sorted. Don't expect miracles, but their inspection was thorough enough.

I dealt with them last summer. Yep, the car arrived like 3 days late, but overall a good experience. "Support" got back to me through office@eoptiautostrust.com when I reached out. Full marks for car quality inspection as well!

You should def do your homework on the fees and delivery schedules, but with eOpti’s reputation I’d say your car investment's pretty safe! I still browse their website, eoptiautostrust.com, from time to time.

Fixed up a car for a buddy once, and it was from eOpti AutosTrust. Mechanically speaking, the car was solid despite some minor paint issues.

A buddy of mine had a hassle with overtime charges from a different escrow, not eOpti. He’s jealous I'm recommending them now!

My issue was waiting for paperwork but, hey, right down to the car quality, eOpti’s scores are fairly trustworthy. They might be slow, but they do deliver.

From terms to transaction completion, they upheld their promise effectively. Took their sweet time to call back, but no disappointments in the end!

Purchased an SUV through them. Every car guy here'll tell you, the quality checks count. eOpti might be irksome with comms, but they don’t bluff.

Frankly expecting much more when I handed my cash. Car arrived albeit with waiting, but glad I decided on eOpti. Safer than some other dubious folks out there.

Not every dealer inspires trust, but this one has their P’s and Q’s right. I emailed them thrice, got detailed answers all three – office@eoptiautostrust.com.

Mechanic by trade here, and as long as they’re transparent on the car’s status – only nit to pick with eOpti is call hold times.

Go eOpti if patience is your strong suit. My ride was worth the bit of a wait. Plus their inspection was thorough. Consider them on another note.

From blocked calls in service with another to a seamlessly closed deal with eOpti. Though, they oughta revisit those long queues on the phone. Smiles!
